Open the Permissions tab
Menu bar iconOpen Config…Permissions
- Open Tibia Auras from the menu bar.Choose Open Config…, then select the Permissions tab.
- Enable Screen Recording.Choose Request Access & Open Settings. In macOS, enable Tibia Auras under Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording.
- Quit and reopen the app.Use Quit & Reopen Tibia Auras. macOS applies the new permission after the app relaunches.
- Confirm the status.Return to Permissions and choose Refresh Status. Screen Recording should show Enabled.
What Screen Recording does
It lets Tibia Auras read only the screen areas you select for mirrors and alerts. Processing stays on your Mac.
When Input Monitoring is needed
Input Monitoring is feature-specific. Enable it when a countdown, cooldown, or counter uses a plain key such as F with no Command, Option, Control, or Shift modifier.
- Choose Open Input Monitoring Settings.Enable Tibia Auras in the macOS list.
- Quit and reopen Tibia Auras.Return to the Permissions tab and refresh the status.
Modified shortcuts work without Input Monitoring. A standalone countdown also works without Screen Recording because it does not capture part of the screen.
